9 Weird Niches Making Millions + 5 AI Ideas Before Everyone Catches On.

This weekend we did something simple. We sat down and pulled together a list of business ideas that real people are actually winning with espeically the less people known (close to zero competition). Not theories. Not “this could work.” Ideas where someone already hit the problem, felt the pain, and built something around it.

Some came from a question we posted on Reddit: someone with a boring business that’s quietly killing it printing millions? The answers weren’t AI startups or venture-backed companies. They were businesses most people don’t even realize exist.

Others came from watching where things are heading. Pulled from twitter shared by leading successful founder. We looked at the trends, the search demand, the shifts happening right now, and picked the gaps that are opening up faster than people are filling them.

We pulled together 7 of them. Each one is a real problem, faced by real people, with a real opportunity sitting inside it.

One more thing guys, before you say “but I’m not technical, I can’t build this”.

Stop. There have never been more tools to build with. You can get a working product off the ground with AI tools alone. Or you find a technical co-founder, sell them on the vision (do'n’t need to pay salary) and build it together.

You get one life. Whether you’re working a job or studying, going a little harder to find the thing worth building is worth it.

What’s inside this one:

  • The business that puts $0-cost machines in apartment buildings and keeps every coin tenants feed them

  • A paperwork business so boring you’d scroll past it, quietly clearing 7 figures a year

  • An aquarium business doing $10M+ in a niche nobody respects

  • The “junk” people pay to get rid of, that one guy flips for thousands per unit

  • A part smaller than a coin that built someone a quiet million-dollar import business

  • Plus 5 AI space wide open right now, including the service fixing the broken apps everyone’s spinning up with AI, and the app riding a Google trend millions search every month

Almost zero competition and so much demand for these businesses.

Weird niches with little competition making close to millions
